How and where do I get technical support?

Answer:

Technical support for VAPs and VARs in the U.S. and Canada will 
be provided direct from Borland International.  And user 
customers will be supported by our Partners or they will need a 
Delphi/400 support agreement.  International customers will be 
supported by our Partners.
