Rebuilding components

Question:

There is no longer the option to do Component/ Rebuild Library. If I make changes to the source code of my component, how do get the changes to take effect?

Answer:

All components now reside in packages, to see the changes, 
start the package editor, and do a compile.   The package 
editor can be started by doing a file/open, and changing the 
"File type" to be "Delphi Package Source"
