System Modal Windows on WinNT

Question:

When I try to create a system modal window, it seems to work on Windows 3.1 and Windows 95, but not on Windows NT. How can I get a system modal window to Work under Window NT.

Answer:

Windows NT does not allow system modal windows to be modal on a

system wide basis.
