Question:

Raize components: "Can't Load Package" error: What does this error mean?

Answer:

When installing the RzLstpck.dpc file, Component | "Install 
Packages..." | "Add...", make sure to click the "Directories..." 
button and set the correct System entry to the correct location 
of your Windows\System directory.
