Informix: Cannot Load Idapi Service Library

Question:

With Informix Database: Gets error 'Cannot Load Idapi Service Library' 'File: SQLINF32.DLL'

Answer:

Check to make sure that you have the 'SQLINF32.DLL' in your 
BDE directory.
Also make sure that there is a PATH pointing to the Informix 
Bin directory in your 'autoexec.bat' file.
